The 3 Tiers of Fiscal Management

CFO Level

This level of service provides managerial and strategic leadership and includes not only reporting and analyzing the financials but also projecting where the organization is headed. In addition, this service includes partnering with the Leadership Team of the organization and serving as a trusted advisor.  

Controller Level

This level of service provides managerial and day to day leadership to organizations. This includes overseeing the fiscal staff of the organization, preparing financials for the Board, Management and funders as well as other stakeholders.

Transactional Level

This level of service provides the day to day data entry for all income and expenses. In addition, it includes accounting for transactions timely and accurately to ensure the financials are properly presented
